2006 Monterey 250 Cruiser, powered with a Volvo Penta D4 (260hp) Diesel.
The Monterey 250 CR offers a perfect blend of performance, comfort and cruising versatility.
With approx. 27 ft (8.2m) of overall length and a wide beam giving generous cockpit and cabin space, this boat sleeps four and, includes a dedicated heads/shower, and offers a fully equipped galley.
With Approx. 6.2ft max headroom. Wrap around settee forward, central table which drops to provide a generous double V berth and storage areas. Galley to port equipped with a single burner ceramic electric hob, Microwave, Fridge 12/24V, stainless steel fridge and storage overhead.
Opposite to starboard in a separate compartment is a marine toilet, shower and wash basin. Holding tank with deck and overboard discharge.
Aft cabin beneath cockpit sole offering a large double berth and storage area.
Pressurized hot and cold water throughout including hot water transom shower.
Cream fabric upholstery with complimenting carpets and curtains.
Spacious cockpit with twin seat helm position, aft facing sun lounger, wet bar and further seating for 4/5 adults. Removable waterproof Cream striped carpets.
Removable Esky coolbox in cockpit. Walk-thru transom to good sized bathing platform with folding access ladder and shower head.
The boat has a full cockpit tent with bimini and an additional tonneau cover.

Boat being hauled out end Jan for its yearly polish and antifouling.
Engine service done in 2025 with 8hrs engine running since.

NOTE: In 2023 the boat had substantial work done which included the removal of the engine and outdrive. The outdrive was replaced with new leg and new Transom Shield, complete with all new hoses, Trim Rams, Pins and Bushes. The engine was removed to allow fitting of transom shield so opportunity to recondition the Intercooler and Heat exchangers and replace all engine seals / o-rings etc. New wiring harness fitted, New Turbo fitted. Systems pressure tested and engine bench tested before re-assembly. Full list of replaced parts to long to list here.

Mechanical Systems
Located under the cockpit is the Volvo Penta D4 260hp 4-cylinder turbo charged diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever EDC electronic controls and EVC electric start with Fly-By-Wire throttle. Volvo Duo Prop outdrive with power trim / tilt. Engine instrumentation with voltmeter, temperature, oil pressure, trim indicator, speedometer and revcount gauges. Trim Tabs.

Eletrical Systems
2 X 12V Batteries (New 2023) charged via engine alternator. Shorepower system with ring mains, Immersion coil for hot water heating and battery charger. 12V socket.
Deck Equipment
Anchor with Chain. Electric anchor windless.
Stainless steel pulpit and grab rails. Stainless steel boarding ladder.
Full cockpit canopy in black. Separate cockpit tonneau cover also in black.
Pop up mooring cleats. Warps and fenders.
